Dr. Shao-Hao Cheng received his Bachelor degree in Athletic Training at National College of Physical Education and Sports in Taiwan in 1999. He was the head athletic trainer for the Tae Kwon Doe team in NCPES. He helped athletes with acute or chronic soft tissue injuries back to competitions through exercise rehabilitation and therapeutic modalities. He learned about chiropractic through his dad during his senior year in college. His dad was treated by a chiropractor in Japan due to chronic low back pain and he had great results after chiropractic adjustments.
With the support of his family and friends in Taiwan, Dr. Cheng came to the United States of America to study Chiropractic in Lombard IL in 2002. While in Chiropractic school he was the senior teaching assistant in the highly regarded gross anatomy laboratory for two years. In 2005 he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard IL. Since then Dr. Cheng has been helping people through chiropractic care in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
